The 37th Annual Black History Month Parade and Town Fair brings joy to all valley residents and visitors

The Palm Springs Black History Committee hosts its Black History Month Parade and Town Fair, bringing thousands of people to enjoy entertainment, educational moments, food, and games. “This parade has grown in the 37 years, and that has been an amazing thing to see all cultures and all diverse backgrounds of folks, no matter your economic status, is here to be able to celebrate Black History,” says Jarvis Crawford, the President of the Palm Springs Black History Committee. “Being here in Southern California in Palm Springs in an area that folks don’t know African Americans have thrived for decades. It’s a beautiful thing.”
