Monitoring potential flooding in Desert Hot Springs

The First Alert Weather Team is tracking rain which could create travel difficulties, namely for areas in the west valley. 

There is currently a  Flood Watch in effect for areas west, which includes Desert Hot Springs, through Wednesday morning . 

The City of Desert Hot Springs has been steadily working to reopen major roads damaged by Tropical Storm Hilary. 

News Channel 3 is checking in with city officials for more on what roads they are monitoring for potential flooding.
