On Friday, News Channel 3 partnered with General Air Conditioning and Plumbing to send gifts to students with special needs at Cathedral City High School.
Students wrote ‘letters to Santa’ on December 6th, hoping that their holiday wishes would come true.
Mike Limon, who is the instructor of special education at CHHS, says “It really means the world to the kids. Special ed students usually have different types of experiences than the other students. Anything that puts a little bit of focus on special education and the great special education team we have here is really appreciated.”
Limon works with these students daily and finds joy in teaching them new skills.
